Just what I was looking for

These are similar to some tech pants I got from AE years ago. I have been looking for comfy pants. I only weat AE. I have some AE pants that I just could not wear because of rough, loud material. I am in love with these and Im going to order another pair. I just wish AE’s customer service matched their products, but that’s another story.

never delivered!! store refused refund

these were never delivered to me. they were delivered to a completely different address in a completely different town. when i went to rhe store with the pucture, i was told they couldnt help me and that i could call customer service but that wouldnt help me either. so pretty much mkney just wasted.

Overnight Shipping is a joke

I bought these items for a gift had a deadline to have it.So I thought I will pay the extra and get it overnight!!Nope it came a week later and it was also lost!!But Allison was great she did refund the shipping.Was a big help but they won’t do anything until it has been 14 days lost .Which for me didn’t work.You need to change your shipping carrier to UPS They are great on time always never Fed ex Terrible service!! I probably won’t order any more!Went out and purchased from another company and had no issues but this is to much trouble and I didn’t want it after all that.So I went out purchased from another company and will be returning these items!Unless something changes!!
