bought this about two weeks ago after debating sizes that were available, bought 28 waist and long. Usally wear size 4, regular but read reviews that ran small and so happy I ordered this size. Love these pants and yes they have marked material but thar is what makes them unique..absolutely love them

These are unisex, but you would never know it. I am 5'4" and 118 lbs and the 27x30 fit me like women's jeans, not men's. Believe me, I've tried on my husband's. They have baggier butts, lol. Also, they hit me above the ankle, so they seem like warm weather jeans. They aren't exactly white, but more bone colored, which I prefer for this style.
