Just received this in the mail and it's even better than it's pictures on line. Extremely comfortable, lightweight, and soft. I very picky when it comes to the fabric. It's run big - I ordered a medium and a small and to my surprise the small fit like a medium would normally fit. Love the sweater!

Cute Hoodie..like the material. True to size. The 1 star is for your intolerable and crappy customer service. Since you don't care to respect or serve your customers when you are at fault for an issue your lack of integrity will be displayed here to warn others that you are not willing to take accountability and make things right. AE has hit the bottom of the barrel for customer service..not to mention clawing back any incentive to keep shopping with them. DO BETTER!!!
