Ordered Dec 15th and Still haven’t shipped to stor

Very disappointed! I Ordered these on 12/15 to ship to store and have not received them. They were a Christmas gift and the order stated that I could pick them up by Monday Dec 23rd 2024. This is Not the only item that was not shipped on time. It is Dec 26th and still Having to wait to exchange Christmas gifts. Again this was bought and PAID for on Dec 15th!! Ordered boxers, a sweatshirt and Snoopy slippers. Have not received any of it! AE really needs to make this Right!
