Great customer service but issues w gift card

One of my two brand new gift cards didn't work. Which was a bummer. The check out lady was really nice and patient as we tried it a bunch of times. Definitely ideal customer service. Total bummer the 50 dollar gift card didn't work though. She scratched off the back. She said sometimes they don't actually load when bought. I wish there was a way to recoup that!
