The store I visited was well organized and clean. I purchased the jeans for my husband. The size wasn't right, went to original store of purchased, they were very professional and assisted me finding the right size even though the store was sold out. The cashier looked online and shipped the right size to my door within 2 business days. I was happy with the results. ✅✅

Very happy with this purchase! I normally wear a 30x30 and bought a 30x30. Fit perfectly! They've got a nice flex to them although not as flexible as AE's next level flex jeans. After buying these I went back and actually bought another pair in a different color.

Delivered to wrong address. Never received.

These jeans were delivered to a different house. There was a picture taken of the delivery. It was not my house. It was a pic of a package in front of a blue door with blue siding. NOT MY HOUSE! I submitted a claim through UPS and they closed the claim saying it had been delivered. What do I do now?
