I bought this a few weeks ago, I wore it once… unfortunately, while a NO ACTIVITY use (lazy day in the house) the cloth around my thigh and the calf RIPPED! extremely dissatisfied, since when you’re looking to spend big money on quality clothes, you expect them to last, subsequently, them ripping after one use isn’t lasting and especially for joggers! Super disappointed with AE on this. I went back to try to make a refund and they couldn’t refund it because the piece where it ripped didn’t qualify. Unfortunate, but at least they were comfy in use?

Terrible wear on the fabric

I bought this at the very end of December 2024 and my son wears these and they are washed according to the instructions once a week. For the last few weeks, we have started noticing pulling and pilling of the fabric in patches all over the pants. I contacted customer service today and was told this is normal wear and tear and AE doesn't guarantee their clothes. With 2 boys we have a lot of brands of joggers in our home and I've never seen anything like this happen. As a longtime AE customer, I'm very disappointed with both the quality and lack of customer service here.

Very disappointed with this purchase. The item shrunk significantly after just one wash, and the overall quality dropped noticeably. I reached out to customer service, but they were completely unhelpful and refused to take responsibility. Definitely not worth the money—would not recommend. Never buying from this brand again!
