Absolutely perfect belt. Versatile & a great color!

I finally found the perfect shade of brown belt I have been looking for. I wear a size 32 waist but bought a size 36 belt. This belt feels heavy duty like real leather which is what I want. Very happy with my purchase!

I first found these belts in high school. I bought a couple of different colors in 2007 and they must've lasted at least 7 years. The AE belts I've purchased have all been great. They never broke and always held my pants in place. I must suffer from no-butt syndrome because I struggle to keep my pants up. I'm a size 28 in the waist, I have found that if I get a belt sized up, it works a little better. I have a belt from when I was heavier, maybe a size 38 belt. I still use that belt. I really have to crank the belt down, but it still holds! In my experience, AE clothes, jeans specifically, have decreased in quality since around 2007. I remember AE jeans being some of the best jeans back in the day. Prices have gone up, quality has gone done a bit.

Went 2in longer that typical waist size, like you usually have to do with belts, and It fit perfect! Also great for frequent flyers, as even with metal buckle, doesn’t set off metal detectors through airport precheck line.

My boyfriend has had one of these belts for years and he just now got a replacement only because he needed a smaller size!

I wear a solid 32 in jeans and went with the 34 belt and it fits in the third hole just like a perfectly fitting belt should. But the color is the real winner here. It’s a “black” belt, but it’s not a true black, which is exactly what I spent weeks scouring the internet for. It’s kind of black, but kind of brown, maybe even a little grey. You know what this color should be called? Versatile. Because that’s what this belt it. You can wear it with ANYTHING. Oh, and the leather quality is pretty nice, too!

I ordered the black belt, but it seems more brown than black. It is still a nice quality belt that fits me well. Just a bummer about the color not being what I expected.

I like it because it fits me perfectly the size was true and exact. It fits all of my pants belt loops really good. And last I love the quality of the leather in the belt.

Nice belt, but I need a black belt to wear to an occasion I was attending, got sent a brown belt. Had to make a last minute run to Marshals for a crappy one

Hubby wears a 40. Every single pair of pants, every single brand including AE. I bought this in a 40. It's literally 40 inches, so if you wear a size 40 you need to probably get a 44 to be able to buckle and have any slack (which of course is sold out in every single belt). size 40 should FIT someone who wears a size 40, not literally be only 40 inches long.
