i reordered this shoe twice and all times i was sent the the wrong color. i was sent black instead of grey each time , the box was send in a plasic shipping bag and was broken up

Shoes were shipped in a plastic bag instead of putting the shoes/shoe box inaide a box. Box came mangled. AE sent black shoea instead of grey. After calling CS, AE took my cc info and said they’d send right color shoes with free 2 Day shipping. 5 minutes later the order was canceled. Called CS again and the agent couldn’t explain what was going on Don’t buy shoes from AE. Customer service stinks. I soend hundreds at this store each month. CS should be way better than it is
