I found these undies to be just ok. Not great, not horrible. I have a 170lb mom-bod and I prefer a little more structure and front coverage these days and these just don't give it. I think I would've liked them a lot pre-kids when I was thin and fit if that helps lol.
For reference I'm 5'3", 170lbs, size 12 and ordered a large, which fit fine.
