this is my favorite underwear sold by aerie. i have one in every color and these can pass as being the no seams ones too! i am always an XS but always think I need to size up. XS fits best but S also fits. i reccomend going with the size you usually are. For reference I have a 23 waist and wear 000 in jeans.
