I did decide to size down because usually the high rise undies have too much fabric fron front to back and don't cover me well,sizing down was a perfect fit,and the waistband doesn't dig into the sides of my hips (I'm a 28 waist/38 hip) also the ruching detail is so sexy but classy! These don’t dig in at all, they’re so comfy! If you’re hesitant and want to toss them in your cart, just do it.
