Cheap, thin low quality

Before even putting the item on, it began to tear. The lace had already torn from the trim of the underwear before even wearing. I contacted customer service and they said that I would have to pay for a shipping label. Even though I told them it was a product defect so now I’m out three pairs of brand new underwear because of low quality items being sold
