DONT BUY THESE.. simply for the poor material and customer service. So I've ordered from AE for YEARS. I've had wins and losses with the products but if I don't like it, I usually just use the free return label. I don't write negative reviews. However, I feel the need to warn you before you drop any money on these. So, they are incredibly comfortable. I am a Paramedic/Firefighter and I bought these to wear as underwear on shift. I usually buy large underwear because Im a size 8/10 in jeans but I squat... so I've got a booty. So usually my underwear are a little big in the waist but doable. These fit correctly, however I possibly could have gotten away with a medium. So 10/10 for comfort and fit. But it stops there. A few hours into wearing them, they ripped at the top where the elastic waist piece attaches to the shorts. Then upon washing, they literally shredded into pieces (see photo.) I contacted customer service who instead of offering a replacement or credit, is requiring me to RETURN THEM and they won't give me the refund til they get them back. I even sent them the photos. I am mind blown. Temu offers better service than this. Shame on you American Eagle. Poor product, VERY high cost (20 bucks for UNDERWEAR?!?) And it falls apart within a few hours.
