I’ve tried so many brands of undies over the years: VS, Pink, ThirdLove, Spanx, & Soma to name a few & these Aerie ones are hands down the BEST! they are comfortable & don’t ride up or give you the dreaded wedgie. they stay put and don’t roll down, even with my fluffy tummy. the gusset is wide enough to provide comfort & no digging around the leg openings either. they wash well without pilling. sizing is generous without needing to size up like ive had to do with other brands. bonus: my pantyliner sticks well, staying in place all day without bunching up. i love these so much i snagged 10 more for $35 & just threw away all the otyer brands of undies in my drawer.

I have seven pairs of this style and less than half fit right. The other half immediately ride up (front and back) making them unbearable to wear.
Those that do fit well are a dream - stay in place, are incredibly comfortable and a great purchase.
So in summary, just be aware that the fit varies and you may regret your purchase, continuing your search for a great seamless/no show underwear option.

I bought these online about a month ago. They are soft and comfortable but immediately started pilling after one wash. They also aren’t lined in the crotch unlike most undies. That combined with the very stretchy material makes them probe to riding up in the back and front.

Not a fan of these. The material isn’t very soft or comfortable. The cut and fit is also off somehow. Aerie is my go to for underwear, but these are a big miss. They are somehow both too big and too small. I do not recommend. I normally wear a size large and ordered that size.

These are the comfiest underwear I’ve ever owned. Unfortunately, they also gave me hives even after I repeatedly washed them. I thought it was a fluke, but after my skin healed I wore them again and got hives again in the perfect outline of these underwear. This is the first time my skin has ever reacted to a piece of clothing. I’m not sure if it’s a particular dye or material, but if you have sensitive skin I would avoid these.

The underwear is very comfortable but has no utility if you commonly wear pads or panty liners. Nothing sticks to them which makes them pretty useless for about 12 weeks of the year or more. Extremely disappointed but it will cost me more time and hassle to return a $9 pair of underwear.

I like AE's boybrief underwear but I really DON'T recommend this one. When wearing, the fabrics will form a weird shape that makes my crotch really uncomfortable. And the cutting is a little different to other boybrief underwear I have, this one is a not slim and does not cover the whole crotch area.

very strange fabric

The fabric is “ribbed” and holds onto every little fuzzy particle from the washing machine. Don’t even try drying them, they will for sure shrink. I’ve never had skin sensitivities, but this fabric is ITCHY. I used to love Aerie, but the last few times I’ve ordered from them, the underwear just does not hit the mark. Strange fit, strange fabric, overall a bummer.

Not as good as it used to be!

I’m not typically one to leave reviews, but the quality of Aerie’s underwear has gone severely down. Their underwear used to be my only go-tos, but now they don’t sell high waisted underwear (which is a need for girls with tummies!), the material is weird and not only causes wedgies, but pads and other hygiene products wont stick to it. I am very disappointed with how low quality the underwear has become and probably wont waste anymore money on them, especially if pairs that meet my likes are $15 for a single pair and excluded from sales.

I’m about done with Aerie underwear. The quality is terrible on these and after an hour they cause horrible wedgies. Aerie, PLEASE bring back the old cotton material. Countless reviews are begging you. Listen to them.

Wedgie Warning

I saw another review state that these go up your butt and give you an ALL DAY wedgie, and I really didn’t believe them. I thought maybe they had a weird butt or something. I’ve worn AE undies for years now in this same style and I’ve never had a wedgie issue until now. It’s the seamless/tight fitting fabric that is the culprit, I believe. The waistband is stronger than the hiney area and it pulls up your body, bringing the hiney part into your butt cheeks. I weigh 135lbs and am 5 ft 6in. Don’t buy these. Boooooooo!

They felt really soft when they arrived, but i washed them(didnt put in the dryer) and instantly starts getting everything stuck to them, and it just got worse.
