I bought this for St Patrick's day as something comfy to wear and I'm so glad I did; I will in fact be buying the matching shorts for summer. This top is light and airy (incredible for someone who sweats as much as I do) and it lays nicer than just a regular button down since it's a linen blend. Buy it!!

I bought this shirt in size medium, pink coral stripe, to wear over my high summer outfits which tend to be quite revealing (shorts/skirt and a crop or tank).
For reference, I am 5'11", 140lbs, and generally take a small in tanks and medium in shirts that have sleeves. In this shirt, I took a medium, and I think it is a great fit. There's no tightness in the shoulders.
I bought both this shirt and the other Pool-to-Party shirt in 100% cotton, and I am keeping both, but I prefer this one. It looks elegant compared to the other one. If I had the money, I'd buy it in all the other colors and the matching shorts, too!

Love love love. Lightweight and good quality shirt. My favorite thing is the longer length. I am 5’8” and most aerie button downs fall awkwardly at my hip… but this new fit falls a bit lower and actually covers my bum in leggings. Thank you, aerie!!

This is really cute for fun layering! I am 5'4" 112lbs short torso, usually S in Aerie. I ordered XS in this based on other customer reviews saying it runs big. My only struggle with XS is that the sleeves are somewhat tight across my broad shoulders unless I unbutton the wrists and roll to 3/4 length sleeve. I've decided that for this bright spring green color, I'll only realistically wear in summer and rolled sleeves are perfect for warm weather. Will wear over a swimsuit, halter top, or denim dress!

They only had size S. I usually down size at Aerie from XL to L or M. I hoped S would fit ‘taylored’ but M was needed for fitted look and L for loose. sad realky nice as layered look or swinsuit cover up

1 star off because they are totally see thru. Like no way around it. You see all 3 pockets thru the fabric. However, they are so cute. I will wear them with some thin bike short undergarments. The leg is wide but not crazy wide as the photo shows. I'm always a size "L" in bottoms on Aerie and I sized down a whole size to a "M" Im 5'6 and the length is perfect for any shoe. If I wore a flat sandal the bottoms would hit the ground slightly. Im keeping them because I got them for $17 on sale! If I paid full price, Id return them.

The shirt is very cute and the green color is exactly as pictured. I wear anywhere between a M to XL at Aerie, and ordered a M. Definitely oversized, I wouldn't have wanted larger. However, the arms/shoulders are a little snug and have an odd fit. I still like how the shirt looks so I will be keeping. Great for casual or pool coverup.

This is so light and airy. I bought it for my mother who is 5’2 and usually wears size medium or large in tops and size 12 in pants. This shirt didn’t look right on her and she was not happy with it so it was returned. (I purchase it for myself in a different colour size L—I’m 200 lbs and 5’7”. It fits me great and I love it)

So I first tried the green striped and hated it - it was very itchy. I now ordered the white with thinner blue stripes and it fits similarly, but the fabric is not itchy. It's a good material, airy and on the thinner side but not too thin. The linen pool to party shirts run a size smaller than the regular ones, to me. The most noticeable issue is that the buttons gap on me bad (I used a stitch gun to close it up), even though the shirt itself is not really tight. It is a good length but also not as long as the regular. Overall I do like and recommend this, it feels a little dressier and nicer and I'd love matching pants or shorts with the blue striped, it's very cute in person.

I’m not sure whats up with the reviews but i just recieved mine and love it. i think the fabric is normal. Its a normal cotton soft button down. As for size i always buy XXL for oversized and it fit like any orher oversized button down. i love it. Its def a coral color not pink.

Nice quality, looks great on. It doesn't run as large as last year's pool to party cover up. Due to the nature of the material, the arms are tighter and it has less stretch. For reference I'm 147lbs 5"5. I wear a small in last year's version with TONS of room, ordered this in a small and wish I'd gone for a medium.

Breezy and cool. Good for beach vacation/summer. I usually would get a small but chose an xs because the info said it runs large. That’s true. It’s perfect for me at the xs size-the sleeves are still long enough and it goes a bit over my shorts but still can be tied at the waist. If I had the small, I would have been able to wear it as a dress, total cover up, which is fine too but not what I was looking for.

After 1 washing on delicate cycle cold and air drying this shirt shrunk so bad in the sleeves I can now only
wear it with the sleeves rolled up. Super disappointed since I loved the color and oversized fit, I also
purchased the matching shorts and had no issues with those shrinking.

Initially loved, now meh

I bought this shirt 5 months ago. For the first 3.5 months it was a great throw on coverup, it's lightweight and airy and for someone who likes to throw on light layers to avoid too much sun exposure it does it's job beautifully. That said, in the last month+ this shirt has decided to take on new characteristics despite no change in how it's been maintained. I have long arms and was impressed initially at the fact that this shirt came well past my wrists. It carried on being that way even with regular weekly washing until recently where the arms have shrunk over 4"! No change in care, cold wash and hang to dry, the rest of the shirt hasn't shrunk, just the arms. It's still wearable if I roll the sleeves, but it is disappointing that it's no longer a "long sleeve" shirt.
