#AEReviewSweepsEntry The daybreak cover up shirt is so perfect I bought three of them. They are a nice medium summer weight. Heavy enough to retain some structure but light enough to be cool for summer. The tie sleeves add a super cute touch. I bought black, striped yellow, and stiped olive. The yellow is such a happy color I think it is my favorite. But, I like them all. I am usually a medium or small in AE/Aerie. The first shirt I bought was a medium and it is bigger than I wanted but not so big that I would return it. I bought the next two shirts in small and think they have just the right amount of oversized flow.

I bought this in the yellow style in a size large and it is perfect! I am usually an XL in tops, but when I saw that it was described as “oversized” I ordered a L as I do with AE and Aerie often. Even in a L, it is still oversized to the point where I could have ordered a M. It is long so it’s perfect as a beach cover up, but it will also wear it casually too!

I’m on the fence woth this one. On one hand the material is fantastic, so soft and breathable. The look is questionable, its giving pirate or “roots”. It feels great but not the most flattering.

The yellow one is so pretty and is perfect for Spring. I ordered an extra small and it was till oversized but it was perfect. The only thing that I was disappointed about what that their were so many strings hanging that should have been cut before hand…don’t get me wrong I love this shirt and have gotten so many compliments, but not happy with all the long strings

as a tall girl, i had to size UP because this cover up is so short!! i compared it to the pool to party cover ups from last year and those were much more tall girl friendly. i also ordered an XL and it was literally the size of an XS. it was def defected, but luckily i work at aerie so i damaged it. this is so cute but sizing is weird for long legs

The fit of this is similar to Aerie's past pool to party coverups...slight differences in collar and back but if you bought that top previously it fits about the same. It runs big for sure, but not enough for me to size down. I like big, oversized tops but if you don't you could size down 1-2x. I wouldn't personally wear this as a coverup, just a normal shirt. It fits tunic length on me and I have a long torso. I like the purple but it could be brighter.

Super cute but didnt feel like it was long enough in the fromt for taller girls. I’m 5’9 160lb and sized up to a large. You could wear as a cover up to the pool but not in store or restaurant in my opinion! Otherwise good material and cute

i actually ordered this shirt in both a Large and Medium as i wasnt sure which would fit based on the reviews. I found there was a lot of excess material and no matter how i tried to wear it, it was excessive. I ended up returning both sizes.
I did think the material was nice and soft, and I loved the colour (lavender).

I wanted to love this so so much. The fabric is so soft and the yellow color is beautiful but it runs so super large. I ordered a Medium but tried to exchange for an xxs, as the xs was even too big. Unfortunately they no longer had this color in that size in store or online so I had to return sadly. #AEReviewSweepsEntry
