sizing is for children

I ordered this in an XL because I’m a 38DD and it literally didn’t go past my shoulders it was so tiny. I was so excited to get this, it’s so cute. The quality of it is good but it looks like a piece of child’s clothing. Could probably fit someone who’s a size Medium… definitley not XL
