I didnt find the same issue as other reviewers with the straps being uncomfortable. I would say it fits slightly small but not much. I personally prefer my swim tops to be snug fitting which this is. I usually wear a small in Aerie swim and the small fits me great. For reference I weigh 135lbs and wear a size 30D.
