Aerie String Triangle Bikini Top

This is my absolute favorite bikini top! I now have it in both red and blue and want to get it in many more colors. This is my favorite style bikini top and such high quality!

I typically wear a medium in Aerie swimsuits tops, but I had to order a large for more coverage.

This top is super comfortable and the perfect amount of support!

My quest to find the perfect and affordable quality triangle bikini top has ended!!! I ordered this is black and red and I am so happy with my purchase. I am a 36DDD and have the hardest time finding bikini tops that fit, let alone flatter. I prefer string triangle tops as I like to adjust covereage depending on if I am sunning or swimming. Usually I have to scour the internet to find the size and style I need and I am so excited to know these are a staple at AE. Comfortable and decent support even for my big girls. Ordered in size XL and it fits perfectly.

Before this I tried 2 different sizes of the “perky” bikini top before just settling on the plain old triangle bikini top. It’s a standard triangle top with a string halter and a tie in the back. The Large fits a 36C super well! Very comfortable.

This top is super cute and flattering on. I have a very small chest (big A cup), and the medium fits perfectly.

I’m normally a small in bikini tops and medium in bikini bottoms but this time I ordered a medium for the top and I really liked the fit. In bra sizes I’m a 34B. It’s pretty comfortable and personally I like how you can slide the triangles on the strings so I can get more coverage and support in the right places! #AEReviewSweepsEntry

I love this top because it’s not a ton of coverage but just right! I am happy I saw that it fits small and ordered a large because if I ordered a medium it would have been too small! But it’s perfect. I’m a 36C and a large was just enough. #AEReviewSweepsEntry

Personal measurements: 36, 27.5, 38. Bra size is 32dd. Weight is more around 135 lbs. I could have possibly gotten away with the large but more comfortable with XL and it provides extra coverage. Medium was def too small. I prefer a simple blank bikini and my current one was getting wore out. This one fit and felt great.

I love this top. I wish it came in other colours so I could buy them all! Although it’s basically a standard triangle bikini top, it just feels comfortable, great quality esp for a bathing suit you don’t have to pay 100$ for such a small amount of material.. I really do hope they bring it back next year so I can get my size again and would love some neon colours too!

I wanted a simple string bikini top with padding. I’m a 34/36D and got a medium because it’s usually what I wear. I think it fits a touch small, but I’ve been told it looks fine on me (I think I just get nervous about the amount of coverage.) I’d be curious to see how a large fit, but I’m going to keep the medium. (I did order the ruffle bikini top in a medium and it fits perfectly.)

I am typically a medium top and bottom, however, this medium (maybe with the padding) ran a little on the smaller size. I had some under boob going on. I plan to return it for a large though because I love how it looks.

I will be exchanging the top for an XL. Although I’m usually a large in all aerie swim tops and bralettes (I am a 34DD), this top was just way too small. Not sure if it’s because I have more side boob than cleavage. Other than the size, I like the top!

I love the top overall. I always order a small in bikini tops and this one felt a little smaller than usual. It also doesn’t have the best coverage, i feel like my boobs are coming out more on the sides than they should.

I love this simple too. Perfect for mix and match. Great fit and easy to adjust.

I think I'm about a 32DD (5'3" and 110lbs) and I tend to lean towards more coverage. I was reading the reviews and decided to try a large. The large definitely would have worked, but it was more revealing than my personal preference...there was either a lot of side boob or a lot of cleavage. I sized up to the XL and it's the perfect amount of coverage for me! BTW, I liked the fit and feel way better after taking the padding out. I also haven't experienced any discomfort in regards to support.

just a nice simple black bikini top. There's pads in them but they're removable. Def recommend for a nice normal bikini top!

I love the halter straps and it covers perfectly. Ordered a small which was too small but when I got a medium it fit perfectly

I’m always a large, but the boob cups were very tiny so I had to get a size up. I wish they covered just a little more but I still love the bikini. Very cute and it doesn’t squeeze you anywhere. I wish they had more colors as well. #AEreviewsweepsentry

It is very cute but runs small!! I am a 34C and ordered a Medium and my boobs were spilling out of it. I would recommend sizing up!

this top is such a cute basic! it fits really well but if you have larger breasts you might want to size up. it is adjustable so it wasn’t really a problem for me. definitely good for just basics.

I am usually a size small so that's what I ordered. I would suggest sizing up because it does run a bit on the small side.

Initially ordered a small, then tried a medium, both of which were absolutely tiny in the cups. The large finally fit like it's supposed to and I like this bikini. It's comfortable, and the material is fairly good quality for swimsuit material. It's a little annoying how the padding shifts around, but it's barely noticeable. As for the support, the straps don't provide lift (at least for me) but I feel secure and not like it's going to slip too far up or down if I'm active. I like that the cups aren't sewn onto the tie around the ribs. The style is slightly customizable that way, and it prevents side spillage. #AEReviewSweepsEntry

I am a 38D and I am happy with my purchase. This top is very simple and cute. Although, if you have a bigger chest and are looking for more full coverage, I would not recommend. Overall, it makes me feel good and I am excited to wear it this summer. #AEReviewSweepsEntry

its a little confusing to put on but once you get the hang of it, its so awesome! it fits perfectly (im a 32a) it looks rly sleek and nice. definitely recommend.

I'm usually between a medium and large with AE bathing suits. I went with a large because that was the last bathing suit size I ordered and it fit. With this triangle bikini top, it fits fine with great support but a medium may have been fine. One small thing is that the straps are a little bit on the thicker side than other triangle bikinis I have.

I got this to lay out this summer. The ties come undone pretty easily which is not convenient. The top also tends to move around pretty easily but it is small and works for what I need. I wouldn't wear it away from my house but it is a nice top. #AEReviewSweepsEntry
