The ruffles on these bottoms are adorable! The V cut in the front is super flattering as well! However SIZE UP!
I am 5’3”, 115lbs with an athletic build and am consistently a size Small in Aerie’s swimsuit bottoms. Though after reading the reviews, I decided to size up to a medium. Thankful i did! The way this suit is cut will dig into your sides, so size up if you want to avoid any excess squeezing of your hips!

ordered the blue and came back for more colors. I was hesitant as a 36 year old mom of two, I thought I was too old but these cuties fit perfectly and are super flattering! true to aerie swim sizing

Seem to run pretty small went my normal size and they are definitely digging into my sides and not super flattering. The lining at the top just isn’t flattering

These are cute and look how they are pictured, but I feel like the sizing is so inconsistent. I have three bathing suits from aerie two of which are size medium (one pair being larger/looser), and one of which is a size small. I ordered these in a size medium and they seem a little small. I probably should’ve sized up. Also as described, they are cheeky… very cheeky almost thong like.

For some reason even tho i’m an xl in Aerie undies the xl swim bottoms are always too small. Its not just this pair either, its been this way for years. I noticed Aerie doesnt go up to xxl in most swim items anymore which is dissapointing. The quality feels nice but it doesnt fit me so i’ll have to return them. Aerie if you’re reading this please make this style in a high waisted version with the little ruffles
