These are absolutely amazing high-waisted bikini bottoms. I adore the fit.
This is a gorgeous bright, warm, pink. Thick material, so no peek-a-boo here!!! I bought the matching bikini top. The bottoms hit slightly above the bellybutton for me, I’m 5’4” & 115.
I recommend this bathing suit line. I haven’t had any issues with peeling or stretching out when wet. I would LOVE to buy every color.

I love these bottoms and the vibrant color! I wanted a pair that was high waisted, more flattering on my tummy, and was a bit cheeky with some coverage. These bottoms checked off everything on my list. I don’t know what all the negtive reviews are about, try it on for yourself! It’s rare that I find a bikini I love my body in, I love these! In case you’re wondering, my measurements are 5'3", 135lbs, 34C or 36" bust, and am wearing a size M.

These are the most comfortable and flattering bottoms. I wish they came in more colors. I got an XL which is a little but but confy and doesnt squeeze me. I could go sown a size but I prefer a relax fit than tight

The elastic waist and leg bands cinched my waist/hips.
Its the opposite of flattering..im really sad because I wanted to like it.

Fits true to size. I thought these were high waist to cover my belly button - they are not. very unflattering style - reminded me of a diaper. the color red did not look good due to shadows making you look bigger than you are. if you dont have a flat stomach, i would not recommend. im in 30s with kids. hard pass.

Not as Flattering as They Used To Be

If you are a fan of the previous high cut cheeky swim bottoms these are not it. Sadly, the waste and leg bands are tight making these bottoms not very flattering. I really wanted to love them because the green color is gorgeous. I hope Aerie brings back the previous pattern because those are my go to bottoms and used to buy a new set every year.

wanted to love these bottoms, as i LOVED the jellybean top i got, but have to agree that these are the most unflattering pair of bottoms ive gotten from Aerie. :/ too tight and has an unforgiving waistband that cuts into my sides, even after exchanging and sizing up to a M.

i dont mind the fit of these bottoms, i actually really liked them. but the second time i tried these on, i noticed that this material is way too thin even though double lined, and it causes your bikni area to be very outlined, if you know what i mean… i can only imagine what these will look like when they are wet…ive never had this issue with any of my swimsuits before.

i would give it 1 star but i like the color. these bathing suit bottoms are horrible! i have so many of these bottoms and these ones are the worst. the waistline is not stretchy whatsoever so it just digs into you making it so unflattering. it was very disappointing for myself when i tried them on, made me feel horrible. very disappointing!

Awful compared to their other bottoms

First, I have worn aerie high cut cheeky bottoms for years. I have always loved them and bought a new style in them every year. These bottoms are nothing like the old ones. They are so unflattering. They grip your waist and make you look horrible. It looked like a diaper. It made it look like I have a bunch of excess fat on my hips. Not flattering whatsoever. These were the only high cut cheeky option this year. I should have listened to the other reviews. Do not buy these unless you want to look and feel awful in a swimsuit. I have always loved the high cut cheeky options in the past, but these are not it.

Instant return. These gave me the worst sort of accentuation in the front and made me look like I had a package where I shouldn’t. The crinkle cut crinkles into every layer and pooches things in all the wrong ways. I’ve been an avid Aerie swimsuit lover but these are baddddd.

I always loveeeee purchasing suits from Aerie, but these bottoms were a major bust. I am 5'8", 133 pounds, slim/athletic build. These the the most unflattering swim suits bottoms I've honestly ever purchased. May be okay for a teen but not someone in their 30's with slight curves.

the highcut cheeky highwaisted bottoms from aerie are the only bottoms that i ever wear or feel confident in. i dont know what they did to these this year to make them different but it is the most unflattering bottoms i have ever put on. i was in shock at how bad they were lol instant return. i wish aerie would come out with the old highcut cheeky highwaisted bottoms so i could get some new ones for this summer!

This may be the most unflattering thing I’ve ever put on my body. Accentuates mom pooch and the elastics are vwry tighr around stomach and legs. I’m sad its the only matching option, because the top is perfection.
