Typically I wear a size 34B, ordered a small and found it very supportive and comfy for all day wear. As for workouts I would not reccomend for anything high impact but for yoga or other low impact activities it is perfect. Also purchased the matching shorts- as a set it is adorable!

I’m a 38C and I ordered the XXL knowing it would be a little tight- it was the perfect fit! I would caution anyone larger than a D cup about the coverage.

I now have this bra in three colors and its my absolute favortie sports bra!!! Its so comfortable and fits great! I wear an XS in aerie shirts usually and I size up to a S in the bra
