These Cloud Fleece shorts are amazing! Sooooo soft and comfortable! I missed out on these shorts last year, so I ordered two pair already. I usually wear a size small and that's what I ordered. They fit great and the elastic waistband isn't constricting at all. I'm 5'3" and 120 lbs. Grab them while you can.

i love the soft material but its really oversized, specifically the leg opening. i would wear it as casual lounge shorts and i recommend sizing down

I was debating purchasing these shorts in a size small or medium after reading the reviews. I am 5'2 and 130 lbs and typically wear a medium in Aerie leggings. I stuck with my usual size medium and I'm glad I did. I prefer my shorts more high rise and loose for lounging and sleeping. Since these shorts are meant to be low rise, I like to be able to wear them higher up. Also, these shorts are short so the medium allows more length. They are a bit wide in the sides but I think putting them in the drier will help me elimate that and get my desired fit. Overall good quality! I just wish Aerie had more consistent sizing.

these shorts are stunning. they are so soft and cozy, but they were kinda large. they fit my waist decently, but the leg holes were very large and looksd abnormally big. i am returning them and have a size small on the way to see if those fit better. i hope so because i adore these shorts! i also have the matching sweatshirt.

These fit like previous versions of the Cloud Fleece shorts - they're on the shorter side and they run big. You could definitely size down! They're very comfortable.

I have yet to find a pair of AE lounge shorts that look good on me. They are always so large on the legs it looks like I’m wearing a skirt. Nice high-quality thick material but sadly like the others these had to go back. #AEreviewsweepsentry

The shorts are nice and soft and are a great material, but the leg openings are huge. I looked like I was about to fly away.

i bought both grey and black. the grey fit perfect i love them so much!! why does the black fit completely different? its 2025 why we still doin this aerie😭

Wasn’t a fan! Had to return, the smallest size was still to big and super boxy which is unfortunate because they were super comfy but not flattering at all!

ive been shopping at american eagle for 10+ years and im honestly done. the quality is atrocious. I shouldn’t order the same exact pair of clothing and it fit completely different and be different material. i’m so tired of spending so much money on pieces of clothing for them to be absolutely garbage every order I’ve had from American Eagle in the past few months have been frayed, loose pieces, material is terrible and the fit just doesn’t fit anymore. The sizing is all over the place. Everything is plastic and yet the prices are going up. I’m so tired of aerie picking and choosing what items are on sale item versus what items can’t be off of popularity and it shows the greed tremendously. you’re ruining your own business
