Mine blew up in the microwave

I used this 4 times at 2 minutes in the microwave. The fifth time I tried 3 minutes and it exploded at about 2 1/2 minutes. It does not say in the instructions anywhere as to how long to heat it up for or what it is filled with. It is not filled with rice. The smell was super bad. That being said it is the most comfortable neck warmer I've ever had, and it is super cute! I called in and the customer service lady I dealt with was super nice and helped me order a new one. I will get it in a few days. Fingers crossed it won't happen again because I really liked it!!

Mine blew up in the microwave

Microwaved for 1 minute and it exploded. My house smells so bad an my daughter is devastated. Was refunded but still had to pay 15 for a replacement
