Jill & Ally Crystal Pastel Candle - 13 Oz

This candle smells nice and makes a nice gift, but didn't come in a box. It was wrapped in bubble wrap, so wasn't broken, but isn't as nice of a presentation as if it were in the pretty box.

Glad the other person's candle came in tack, thinking there's must have had thick bubble wrap. I ordered 2 of these candles and when I picked the box up off my porch, I knew they were broken as I could hear the broken glass! Mine were w/out the box as well, which they should have been in, I'm sure they arrive to AE in boxes and because it's 'glass', they should have been thick bubble wrapped as well. Mine had flattened bubble wrap, might as well have put nothing around them because there's no way that was protecting anything. I feel bad I have to give such a bad review when I'm sure it was someone 'not thinking' but come on and on top of it, my husband was like 'WOW", that's a lot of glass! I reach in to save the stones & I cut my finger! I will say when I called AE as I didn't want to return broken glass back to them , the gal couldn't have been more sorry , credited my card instantly & sent a future discount. Please AE have your workers do better.
