Soft and fit perfectly, they slip a little bit when you walk/and are active, but overall pretty well

Redeeming qualities: They're not see through. They come in a few colors and are good colors. What not to like: I first bought the XL long, my go-to for all Aerie leggings. They were a little tight, and I assumed because of the material. It isn't super soft. It definitely is different fiber than other leggings. The length was just to the ankles. Nothing extra, which isn't the norm with my other leggings. Putting on the XXL. They seemed like an ok fit so I wore a pair. They got looser through the day and ended up sliding down. The length, holy moly. Who is this short on average?? They are at least 4" if not more above my ankle. Maybe ok for summer but not for winter. I won't be buying the OG anything in future. The material isn't comfortable and the fit is way off from my other Aerie leggings. I just wanted a nice everyday legging :(

Cute leggings but they aren’t the best quality. I wear a small in leggings and these run kind of big and the waist band doesn’t stay in place. Constantly have to adjust it.

These leggings are not super stretchy, but for the price they are as expected! They will work to wear under a big sweatshirt they are just not the most flattering leggings

These aren’t what I expected at all. They’re visibly smaller before you even put them on and at 5’10”, I’m not sure how they consider this Long.

I’m a universal small in Aerie and AE leggings. These are cotton with only a little stretch in the waist. They kept rolling down throughout the day and were uncomfortable. The rise is low.

I’m disappointed in the fabric. I expected soft leggings that are easy to move in but these are not. Ended up returning

I ordered black and grey in these leggings and they fit very different. Black seems to run small and grey is more true to size still possibly a bit smaller than normal sizing but not enough to have to size up. #AEReviewSweepsEntry

These leggings definitely run small, so they’re a little tighter than I’d like but they’re manageable. The waist isn’t super high waisted at all, so with them being too small, they do squeeze my stomach a bit. I do appreciate them being the accurate length and I like the color:) recommended! Just size up!

I’m not sure why, but I didn’t expect these to be cotton based. I stopped rocking cotton leggings in the early ‘00s and have little to no interest in looking back. Nothing wrong with cotton, just not the stretchy buttery fabric I’ve come to know and love. If you’re looking for cotton leggings however, I do suggest these. Several tiers higher than for forever 21s I was wearing back in the day, and I LOVED those These went back for me, however.

I am a fan of the Aerie Offline Real Me leggings and was expecting to have a similar experience with these leggings which I got for just under $9 a pair, but I quite disappointed with them. The medium of these OG leggings felt tighter than the medium in the Real Me leggings. I have skin that is sensitive to certain textiles including the fabric in these leggings. While the Real Me leggings are comfortable enough for me to sleep in, I would we waiting to take these leggings off when getting home. I feel like a large might have been more comfortable due to how tight these leggings stretched although I didn't think I should have had to get a large to be comfortable considering I wear a size 6 for pants in us women's! I guess this is to be expected for leggings half the price of the ones I prefer. This bargain wasn't worth it for me so I sent all five pair of these back to get three pairs of the higher quality Offline Real Me Leggings. #AEReviewSweepsEntry

These are not high rise, more of a low or mid. They are not really stretchy either. I like them fine, but not for working out or yoga. They do not move with your body and don't wick away sweat. They will be fine for long shirts and boots in the fall, or lounging around the house but that's about it. #AEReviewSweepsEntry

The material of these leggings was not as I expected. Not that I didn't like it, but there is absolutely no stretch to these. So make sure you get the right size. Good for everyday leggings, but not to workout in.

I’m a size small in all bottoms in AE. I ordered these in a medium and they are still really tight. Definitely size up.

I like how these hold me in but they do feel a little too fitted. They are also see through which is unfortunate. There are a couple items that have turned out this way for me when normally this never happens! I am hoping this is only a temporary thing and not the new thing happening with all of the upcoming items. I love Aerie, they're super comfy and made for all bodies.

I was super excited to wear these in my home gym, i looked great in them and they fit perfect. They also made my butt look great! My only probablem is i wore them outside and my boyfriend said he could see the color underwear i was wearing and the shape of them! Super embarrassing but i guess they’re fine inside @ the gym. Just be careful!

I wear an American Eagle 4 in jeans but the small leggings were too tight. I could get them on but I wasn’t comfortable. I have a thin waist and a curvy athletic build in my butt and thighs. I definitely need a medium. Quality of product was great, I’ll definitely be trying to exchange.

Aerie leggings have been my favorite in the past and if I could buy a lifetime supply of the older ones I would! I also always order bras and underwear from Aerie and love them. I read reviews for these leggings that said they were sized small but thought a medium is hard to get wrong so went ahead and ordered my usual size. I was wrong! These medium leggings are very tight and uncomfortable. I kept the pair I'd tried on hoping they'd stretch out and returned the rest (at my expense) but every time I wear them I feel uncomfortable and constricted. If you order these- SIZE UP TO THE NEXT SIZE. These are not even close to the sizing of Aerie leggings I've bought in the past.

I received my leggings and wore them for a day, slept with them even and when i woke up i noticed a hole at the seam on the inside of my knee. Hubby told me he noticed it the day before. So i guess they came like this. Considering I bought them while they were on sale im not too upset by the amount i paid. But definitely lower quality than im used to from AE.

I cannot find any AE leggings that are long enough. They are all 7'8ths, no matter if they are longs, or not. :( Bums me out, because I love the material, the stretch, the performance! Everything else! #AEReviewSweepsEntry

I got these as they were cotton and the price was right! Unfortunately price may be a reflection on the quality. Their ok leggings. No visible panty line but they feel tight in the legs. I ordered both the green and black and the black feel even tighter. Got them on sale for $12. And still debating returning them. For the price I may as well stick with superstore legging if I want cotton. Their rather disappointing.

I wasn't really impressed with these leggings because they aren't the quality I'm used to with aerie. The leggings don't stay up and will only work if you plan on lounging in them. They are VERY see-through and I do not wear them out in public unless styled with something that will cover my butt. Not the worst leggings I've ever had, but definitely not the best.

I guess I was excited about the lower price point but decided to buy the Offline OG legging instead of my go-to high-waisted. Unfortunately, these do not stay in place and ride down during a workout. They also, for some reason, don’t keep their shape after about an hour of minimal activity unlike high-waisted version. #AEReviewSweepsEntry

Sadly they are not good for yoga as the are see through. Had to return them.

I have several other pairs of aerie leggings that I truly love and these ones don't measure up, in my opinion. The material isn't as comfy or soft as I'd hoped. They were on sale, so I only paid $13 for them, so I'm just going to keep them. Disappointed they're not as cozy as my other aerie leggings though.

These are not my favorite. I will keep them. I basically like them but they are not high waisted enough. They slip down. Plus the material feels thick. They are a bit tighter than I like. I think they will loosen with wear.

these leggings were not exactly what i was expecting. i had order some from aerie before but these fit differently and were made of a different material that wasn’t really my favorite.

These leggings are okay but definitely don’t have enough stretch. I’m more curvy so I wish there was at least more stretch in the hips and waist.

Originally I ordered an XS based on my measurements and the size chart, but I struggled to pull the leggings up over my hips. The waistband has barely any stretch to it so I sized up instead, and the size S fits me great. The firmer waistband keeps them from sliding down over time when I’m moving around, a problem I usually have with my basic leggings. They kinda bunch up a little at the crotch but it’s not too bad and I assume it’s because they’re a little long for me (I’m too tall for the short fit, but too short for the regular fit). I’m keeping them though because they are super comfortable and aren’t see through – it’s a good basic pair of black leggings.
