Aerie Classic Hoop Earrings

A size and fit description is much needed for these hoops. In the photo they look like those small little hoops everyones wearing but in reality they are so much BIGGER. I just gave them away to a friend.

I will never order from Aerie or American Eagle again. Their shipping leads to a terrible, frustrating, and stressful experience. Text messages and emails saying my package has been delivered, yet no package. But of course the money has been taken out of my account. The order tracking makes no sense and showed my order in my area, but canceled several times. I work from home. I do not leave the house all day, every day. Not ONE delivery attempt was made. Then I get a sketchy email from AE customer service at 9:17PM on a Thursday, saying my package was undeliverable and was being sent back to the warehouse and unless I sent a different address, the order would be cancelled and I would be refunded. Well your website prompted me to change my address to what it suggests, so I followed that suggestion since I’ve had plenty of packages delivered using your “suggested” address. But suddenly now it’s an issue. Anyone who spends their hard earned money knows how frustrating it is to get a delivered notification, only to look outside and see nothing has arrived. Is it lost? Was it stolen? No, I guess in this case it was just Aerie/AE’s horrible shipping. I immediately responded to that email and have gotten no reply. So now you guys have my money, but I have no order, no updates on where it is, no new shipping info, no response from your customer service, nothing. I will never spend my money here again. Horrible experience.
