Aerie Button Up Mini Dress

I ordered my true size which is a medium. It did not even go over my chest. I felt like the fabric was going to rip so then I ordered in a large which fit fine, but is a bit loose in the bodice overall, I kept the large because it is a pretty dress size.

love that this dress is all cotton, its going to he great for summer, very light feeling, only complaint, i wish yhe slip underneath was a little longer. im wearing a size medium, im 5'5 170 pounds, if you have a bigger chest i would size up, its a little tight on me in the chest area& im a 36b overall its a super cute dress & very flattering

Cute but I thought it ran small. I’m 170, 5ft, 36C normally medium/ large and got this in a large. I wore a Tshirt under it so maybe that made a difference but I think I would have preferred the xl in this. Definitely see through.

i normally wear a medium but i have a D cup chest and it was way too tight. had to return. woukd be a lovely dress on smaller cups. fir perfect everywhere else.

Dress in picture looked a solid light lavender color, and dreamy. Dress recieved is actually striped. Also came with a small hole in the front, and is unthreading the fabric. Top chest area also fits kinda odd. Like tight on the lace. Also it's very very short I'm 5ft and it's short, the underlining is for some reason about 4 inches shorter than the dress part so it always bunches up around my bum. It's also completely see through. I should return this, I'm just dreading the process. Either pay $9 shipping to return or make the journey to the store in person. Either way, not impressed, especially for American Eagle. I expected better. I will return this see through holey dress and buy something on Shein. Lol, probably would be better quality too. Sigh...

it was a super cute dress but even at 5 ft tall i felt like it was too short. the chest area was also pretty tight so my boobs looked weird in it. i didnt love it enough to try a bigger size

Very cute, sizing is def off as I typically fit a small, sometimes medium in dresses but this time even the medium was tight. Would be okay if the material wasn’t so thin + see through though as the length is perfect as a taller girl :(

im a 34B and i tried medium first. very tight fit going on but cute. theres so much extra fabric on the side boob. not sure how anyone could fill it out. thought it was just too big for me. so i got the small. same thing! so much extra fabric on boobs and also very tight going over on. (going on from above my head not below) love the idea of the tight waist but with the fabric being so loose on the side chest it wasnt worth keeping. so sad.
