love this!! i have this and the matching sweatshirt, it’s my favorite set right now and its so soft!! it is pretty short, i had a little cheeky moment lol but that didn’t bother me!

I’ve been loving the skorts AE/Aerie has been recently offering. Knowing that this wasn’t a skort but a regular mini skirt, I decided to give it a try. I was planning to wear it over bike shorts or leggings. The smocked waist seemed really cute until I tried it on. I ordered my regular size and the fit was good, but the waist rides up. I think that if you have a belly at all, that’s what is going to happen. Also…I really wish Aerie would go back to real fleece instead of what they’re calling fleece now. In my opinion their “Everyday Fleece” is just terry cloth. The crochet sweatshirt that’s currently offered is actual fleece, and I had hoped that’s what this skirt would be. But the material is actually kinda flimsy even though it appears substantial in the photos. I really wanted this one to work, but it just wasn’t what I had hoped for. 😒
