I do not like under wire bras but have always used them when I need to dress up for the support. I normally wear sports bras because of my job, and on the days I have to dress up, I was really hoping to find something to replace my regular bras with. This does wonderfully! I would say it is just slightly less supportive. However, it is incredibly comfortable and I still felt it was supportive enough. It looks and adjusts just like a regular bra and I am very happy!
