Sunnie Strapless Lightly Lined Bra

Decent strapless. Not terrible. Not super comfy though

I bought this a few weeks ago and am pretty happy. I feel very secure and it fits very well. Only downside is the straps slide down a lot and that can get pretty annoying. I don't like using it without the straps as it doesn't stay where I want it, so I just accept the sliding. #AEReviewSweepsEntry

Bought this a week ago and it looks good. Loved the removable straps, but it’s bigger than normal. I buy the same size from aerie every time and this time was a little big, but normally I don’t buy removable straps bra. Overall I still liked it.

I bought this bra a little under 2 months ago, and think it’s great! Very comfortable and great with or without the straps. However the band has stretched significantly since I bought it, and now when I want to wear strapless I get anxious wearing it even on the tightest setting. I didn’t realize before I bought it that it had a 4th closure that lengthens the band. If I had I would have sized down to ensure I can keep wearing it as a strapless bra.

I saw reviews saying it was smaller than a typical bra, but DO NOT SIZE UP. If you size up it will not be as supportive and just slide right off you-strapless bras are supposed to be tight! Docked a star bc there’s a tiny bit of gapping but eh, all strapless bras have a problem I guess

One of the best bras that I have ever worn! I love how it's versatile and convertible. Very smoothing and almost not visible under a tight shirt (it does have an outline). I like how it's very durable. It's a tad bit tight. I have had several occasions where the strap had dug into my shoulder. The sizing is a little off between the colors: I got one in the nude color and one in the black color, both in the same size, however the black one is very noticeably much smaller.

I am so happy I read the reviews before I purchased and that I sized up. I usually wear a 38 C and I took a 40 C in this bra because of the reviews. The 40 C is barely 1 mm larger than my 38 C bras so I am so happy I sized up. However, because I sized up it the cup size is a bit too big and loose compared to my 38C's. I really hope they fix the sizing issue and release these again because it has great potential!

The bra fits a bit tight especially after wearing it all day its a little uncomfortable. I'm still happy I have it.

I was in the need of a basic black strapless bra that wasn’t a push up and this worked perfectly! It stays up and if you have the straps on they’re not digging in like some others do. My only complaint would be be that the lining is very thin. It still provides a good amount of support but your nipples might be sticking out and a little visible depending on what you’re wearing. Not a huge deal to me and you can always throw on pasties but just something to flag. #AEReviewSweepsEntry

This bra is very uncomfortable but I'm pretty sure all strapless bras would be uncomfortable. The straps are removable which is great! I wore this bra to my semi-formal but while dancing and jumping around, it started to slightly slide down. Anyways, the bra quality is really nice and I like it but its a bit uncomfortable. #AEReviewSweepsEntry

First time ordering a bra from AE and it’s good quality but i just wish the band was thicker and wider to cater to plus size people. Other than the band i really like this bra.

This is a really comfortable and soft bra! I love how it comes with straps that can be removed as well. The sizing is quite off though, so if you are able to I would go in store and try them on first before buying. I have another Aerie bra that I'm a 34C in, but when I tried the 34C in this style, the cups were too big so I had to try out a bunch of different sizes to figure out which was the best for me. Once you have your size figured out, there's nothing really that I have to complain about.

Bought this for my daughter. She ended up keeping it for a regular bra because you can move the straps around. She didn't like it as a strapless bra. She felt it kept slipping.

I am a strict sport bra wearer but have needed something a little more supportive to wear with my work tops. This bra is comfortable (for a padded underwire bra) and doesn't cut in to my skin or feel weird. The strapless option works great and I love that it doesn't have the weird sticky band that a lot of strapless bras have. It's a little tighter than expected, but it ends up being a good thing when going strapless. I wish the cups were a little farther apart, but that's just based on my own anatomy. Overall I'm really happy with my new grown up girl bra lol! I have an athletic build and find that the 36 band fits great on my wide back.

I ordered true to size and it fits great! There are several options to adjust to make tighter or looser. The only issue I have is the wiring in front is pretty uncomfortable, especially if you wear it for a long period of time!

Pros: color is perfect for white tops Cons: the band is much shorter compared to department store brands so it’s tighter but it evens out bc it makes it more secure

The middle of the bra kind’ve digs into my skin which makes it a tiny bit uncomfortable but other then that I really like it. It is pretty expensive though.

my size is between 34B and 34C and the 34C was a bit too big, but the bra sits good and doesn't slip too much - it has an anti-slip line at the bottom that helps a lot #AEReviewSweepsEntry

Best strapless bra without padding, comfortable with good support

After reading everyone's reviews, I ordered up one band size. When it came, it was way to loose, especially for a strapless bra. I ordered my usual size and it was perfect. My only complaint is that the straps were nearly impossible to remove, it took me about 30 minutes. I almost just cut them out of frustration, but was eventually able to wiggle them out. Due to this, though, I dont think Ill ever put them back on tk wear as a regular bra, which is a shame. Overall, was very comfortable and did the job!

First of all, good luck getting the straps off. Those straps do not want to come off. Which I suppose is good since every bra I've ever had with removable straps would just have them spontaneously undo themselves. The padding is really non-existent, whatever boobage you have is what's going to be there. However, what is there, gets pushed up nicely and things stay perky. I haven't gone a day with it on yet, but these are my impressions of trying it on upon arrival!

sized up 1 band size / 1 cup size from my usual (i wear 32a or 34aa) as recommended by the reviews and description. i did not even need to try it on, it would have never fit me in a million years, it was far too large. so for small chested people such as myself, consider ordering your usual size!! otherwise it seemed well made and everything, no issues, and i can’t speak to support/wear because i can’t wear it lol. unfortunately i will have to return :(

Very soft and comfortable. Stays put even on my small chest. No uncomfortable plastic keeping it up. Will likely be getting it in other colors as well!

Aerie's band sizing is still out of whack and inconsistent. The product details say it runs snug, so I ordered my usual plus two other sizes. My usual in Aerie bras, the 34D, I could barely close on the last clasp setting. The 36C the band fit no problem, the 36D was a joke and I couldn't clasp it-- more like a 32 or 30! The cups still fit best on the 34D for me, so the cups fit true to size, but the band sizes are still too tight. Really, it's pretty uncomfortable and hoping it will loosen up a bit with wash and wear, but as is, can't imagine it would be tolerable for hours of wear. If I weren't desperate for a strapless bra, I wouldn't keep it. Also, don't think it would stay up for dancing or lots of movement and there's not much padding or support. It does come with matching straps which is nice, wish it came with clear straps too.
