I am 5ft and size 34B. I bought size Small and it fits snug but not too tight that it feels constricting. I prefer to wear comfy bras with no wire so this was exactly what I was looking for. Not a compliant because it doesn't bother me but the pads are a little visible when wearing light colored thin and tight tops, specifically if the top is like a dry fit material. It doesn't bother me but I just wanted to share that.
