so soft and butt looks nice 😁 im 5’4” 190 lbs and i got the large .. perfect fit in all the right places .. love the fabric very comfortable i could wear it 24 7 every day of the week lol .. will not disappoint

for reference I’m 5’4” and ~115 lbs, purchased size S and it fit perfectly. form-fitting like leggings and just the right amount of compression without feeling unbearably tight!
the material is stretchy and on the thinner side, but feels decently sturdy. pockets are always a great plus and they haven’t loosened or started sagging even after several washes. the rise is high enough to cover your stomach if you want and the length surprisingly doesn’t seem too long, though that evidently would depend on individual build (thicker/thinner thighs, butt, etc.).

I am obsessed with these shorts I have them in light grey and purple & am ordering black! they are a thicker material I love very soft but stay in place while I am active either walking, weight lifting, & pilates etc.. which never happens to me with bike shorts… the pockets are SO convenient for your phone especially on walks.
I am petite but size Small was perfect xs would be way too tight. (5”2/ 115lbs) LOL so usually bike shorts I have baddd wedgies or riding up in the back/ front but NOT THESE highly reccomend! (also compressive) I wish they had more colors with the pocket version!!!
