Im 150lbs , 5,1” and ordered a small , im on the short curvy side & work in a warehouse , these are squat proof hold up very well, i also got the 7in w/out pockets that are the same material, and they perform exactly the same. I work out also lots of long walks & jogging , ive never had an issue with these . i will definitley be getting other colors for the summer season.
