I began wearing these in both black & heather grey, size XXL in 2020, they are my house pants and I do everything in them! I have purchased over 10 pairs over the last 4+ years and they last! I just recently (Jan 2024) realized they cannot be washed w fabric softener, you'll have to spot clean them if you do! The softener doesn't wash out easy. Just gentle wash without softener! Never machine dry the first couple washes and then they'll be fine to toss in the dryer after. Sizing: I'm a 16-18 in most plus size bottoms and AE Jeans and the XXL has consistently fit me at 185-215 pounds. The XL is a smidge tight so I opt for the largest and they are super comfortable! Please don't ever stop making these! I wear them year round! The only piling occurs at the crotch, I use a fabric shaver for this every few months and they look good as new! You will LOVE them!

I love these so much! They are fleece lined and so soft and warm. i sized up to make it more of a jogger but they are true to size if you want it as a legging

I bought these several years ago. There were additional colors to choose from back then. My favorite green ones, just started thinning in the crotch and I'm sad because they no longer sell them in green. I have 2 black ones also had for years and one developed a tiny tiny hold in the pocket. But again I wear these alot!! The great ones have held up the best!!! In fact I took a nasty fall on turf grass racing My kids on a 40 yard dash. I swore I ripped the biggest hole in the knee!! But to my surprise they had no signs that I just had a brutal nasty fall!!! Lol. I absolutely love these just wish they came in the green again and a dark gray, turquoise or camel color would be fun too!

These are my favorite pair of leggings when it is cold outside, it is all I wear. I wish yall would make them without the cuffs at the bottom so I can wear them dressed up. I recently got a pair without the draw cord waist and they had goofy lines on them and fit differently so I’m going to be returning them. i wanted to buy these again but they are sold out now

I just bought these in gray and they are some of the most comfy leggings i have ever owned. I have other leggings from Aerie but these are top tier soft. Loveeeee

I originally bought these for work since being comfortable at work is a must and looking cute while working is a definite must, but I think I will wear these everywhere! I have a hard time covering my mom pouch and lots of other brands are either too high waisted and leave a “bubble” or “bump” under belly button area or they just don’t look flattering. These are super flattering. They compress all your “flaws” and aren’t too high or too low. They do fall down and roll down but it’s not that serious. The material is soft and kind of shiny which was also unexpected. But ultimately I like them and they fit well. Hit all the right places and hide all the not so right places. #AEReviewSweepsEntry

Love these leggings so much. I'm tall, so having different inseams available is amazing. They're versatile, comfortable, and they have pockets! I'm thrilled that Aerie has consistently stocked this style in both colors because I'm going to keep buying them.

I’m starting to be in between sizes Large and XL. My XL leggings I’m having to constantly pull up and the larges I can get on but not comfortably. These are nice with the drawstring so I can not think about my pants and the fact they have a pocket is a bonus. I just wish they had this same exact pant but without the fleece lining with the summer months coming up. Something more lightweight would be a great option. But for the cold days we are still having in the spring these are lovely.

These are hands down the best leggings you’ll ever own!! Super comfortable and warm, only wish they made them in more colors.

I bought a pair in grey and they were perfect, fit true to size and perfect stretch, soft and smooth. I didn't want to take them off. So I bought another pair in black. I had to squeeze my way into them. It was like they forgot to add elastic to the waist and instead just put the stitching. So I stretched it out, tearing the stitching but now they fit perfect just like the grey ones. Just super weird. Still overall happy just disappointed in AE product quality issues for the price.

These are so comfortable. A little bit of a thicker material. Not super super warm, but warmer than your typical legging. I love the length, the pockets and overall fit. I am 24 weeks pregnant and sized up. They have good stretch to them and I know I’ll last the rest of my pregnancy even though I’m usually a medium. I’m surprised there aren’t more reviews! I can’t express how much I love these pants!!! I was hoping they’d work for me as a pair of thermal-like leggings underneath sweatpants/joggers for the winter, and they seem absolutely perfect for that! Trying them on for the first time, I immediately felt how soft and warm they are. this fabric is so nice and soft yet insulating as well. It almost feels like a micro-micro-fleece of sorts. They’re everything I wanted and more! Brb going to buy 4 more pairs of these exact pants. They’re my new winter staple for sure! These are my favorite leggings. They are amazingly comfortable. I could live in these and I practically do since I have at least 8 pairs. I wish they would add more colors, a forest green would be nice. I do have them in navy and a maroon color but the rest are black and grey. You will not regret this purchase! Hope they never stop selling!!

Definitly size up, theyre pretty tight but warm and soft. they fit like leggings. the only thing i dont like is theyre kinda saggy like i contstantly pull up the waistband.

These leggings are sort of a mix between legging and sweatpants; fit of a legging with the comfiness/warmth of a sweatpant! Perfect for winter weather here in Vegas so far. Size medium fits for me, but it’s a bit loose in the waistband. The drawstring doesn’t go all the way around the waistband either, so I can’t tighten it in the back, which is where it’s loosest. Not a big deal. Otherwise, these are great cold-weather legging.

I love the draw string waist and the super soft, almost fleece-feeling inside to the fabric. They're super comfy. If you're a bigger girl and you're just at the cusp of an XL, I would recommend sizing up to XXL. The XL fit, but the larger parts of my body stressed the fabric a bit, and while they weren't sheer because of it, I could feel that the fabric was not going to last long as it was so stressed. If I size up to a XXL, the fabric won't be so stressed and they should be totally fine. I'm also a short girl, so ordering the regular length in these was perfect for me. For background: I am 28, 5', 255 lb. I have an apron tummy, hour-glass figure, and short legs! This was my first time purchasing AE leggings, and the first time purchasing AE since I was like 16. I'm bigger, so I barely fit half of it when I was a teenager, I didn't think I could fit anything here as an adult but I saw a bunch of girls my appx my size on tiktok buying them so I thought I would try! I tried a pair in-store, but they hay terrible selection so I had to buy online. So I tried to purchase styles/sizes that would fit me based on that fabric composition and style of the ones I tried in-store. I adjusted my sizing as I looked into different fabrics, etc. This tactic worked pretty well as only one out of the four pairs didn't quite fit.

I just got these yesterday. I love the fact they have a draw cord. I have other leggings I am constantly pulling up and it drives me nuts. I don't have to worry about that with these. I am happy they came with pockets so I can run out for a quick something and not have to carry a purse. The length is good, sit right at my ankles. I am 5'5". I got them on sale as well so that was a bonus. I have not washed them yet however so fingers crossed they hold up to the washer and dryer.
