These run quite small. I’m normally a size small in leggings but the medium in these are the perfect fit. I’m 138lbs & 5’2
I actually like them better then the high waisted OG leggings. The waist doesnt roll down as sits a little lower b/c there midrise

MID-RISE beats high-rise! Love these!

Thank god! A regular mid-rise legging! I'm not sure why all the clothing designers/manufacturers/retail think the whole world likes high-waisted, cuz some of us hate them. They're not flattering at all and very uncomfortable. I bought these OG regular-rise for yoga and workouts and they're great. I don't have fabric hanging in the crotch or a waist up to my boobs. These are comfortable and positioned perfectly for length and comfort. I'd get 5 more pairs if they had other colors! But they don't. Everywhere I see mid-rise, or a high rise alternative...I see people begging for more and loving them. There is a HUGE population out there wanting something mid-rise, not high. I wish this wasn't an afterthought for aerie...literally offering only one color at the bottom of the leggings list, but that they started making and selling more and offering a variety of colors. Mid-rise over high-rise every day!! Please make more of these in different colors!!

These are just like my very first pair of aerie leggings way back when leggings first became popular. They hit right at my belly button and they are the soft cotton material that I love. These are my every day leggings. I am not sure they work well for working out, but they are perfect for cozy outfits and loungewear!

I adore these leggings. I bought a pair back in 2021, they still havent pilled, very minor fading. Have been through countless workouts, hikes, walks, etc. Hands down the best leggings I've tried (even over my lulu aligns).
If youre in between sizes, size up. I'm 5'6 130 lbs 27 waist generally a small but the medium of these fits just right.
