this bra is cute and comfortable for strength days at the gym!! i wouldnt recommend wearing for workouts that require lots of movement :( it doesnt have the best support for the girlies

aerie casually made the best sports bra ever and then discontinued it immediately. i only got one and wish i had gotten like seven, it's that good. perfect for girls with a large chest.

It fits a C cup well. Not for high impact activity, but absolutely perfect for barre/pilates type of class - or loungwear.
