does not work for most glasses/sunglasses

It's my fault that I didn't pay closer attention, but the fact that this chain doesn't have the "normal" stretchy rubber pieces that you can just slide over the ear pieces of your glasses or sunglasses makes it completely useless. I honestly don't know what you're supposed to do with the lobster clasps. They certainly don't fit around my current glasses and the earpieces aren't even thick (they're fairly thing AND metal). Pretty bummed about this bc I've been wanting a glasses chain for a while now. I also didn't read the few reviews on this item bc I it just didn't even cross my mind that there would be any issues with it. I always read reviews when it comes to clothing. Now I know better! At least I got it on SUPER SALE... lol. Very stupid design.

Is this the correct name for this item?

I received my items Saturday, opened it up to put on my glasses, and this item has necklace hooks, I don't know how or where to put on my glasses, or if this item is for glasses. I opened up the Website to return it for Eyeglass necklace, and this item is name eyeglass neckless, and it's not returnable. I don't know what to do with this item because the hooks don't fit over my glasses. Halloween Trick?
