I received my order in a huge box 6 days after the initial order… There was the cowboy hat I order… lol shipped in a box about 5X its size. Funny but whoever did that had the right idea! I read reviews saying the hats were crush and unable to go to original form. Whoever packed my order from AEO Hazleton Distribution Ctr… thank you so much! The hat got here in orginal form! 😁. Loving it!🩷🩷🩷

Came completely crushed in an bag and does not hold any shape. Did not come with the blue band around it. Took forever to arrive. Sad this item did not come as expected.
