I read another review saying it arrived crumpled so I knew to expect that. It was on sale for $10 and for that price I think it's definitely nice, but I dont know if I would pay more. The hat arrived in a bag and the brim was a little bent, but the brim does actually have wire in it (which I was hoping for- but nowhere I could see was this detail mentioned) so it was easy to reshape it. It also has a ribbon on the inside of the cap that you can use to tighten it for a smaller fit. Thankfully it fits well on me without that and I prefer a looser fit. The only thing it's missing is some sort of chin tie, but I can probably add that myself.

Horrible Presentation and Packaging!

This is a beautiful hat and I was extremely excited about purchasing it! However, disappointing that your company thinks it’s okay to ship a hat in plastic bag! A hat belongs in a box 📦 to keep the hat shape and condition! It’s shipped USPS and my postal representative stuffed in my mailbox! Yikes 😬. The hat was horrible condition and shape! Very disappointing! It should be a known fact to protect a product of this nature!!!

Horrible Boxing

Whoever boxed this hat to be shipped did not care. Shoved the hat into too small of a box, completely ruining the shape of the hat. Will be returned, whoever is in charge of boxing the hats may need to be re-trained on appropriate size of box to ship a hat, shape ruined and cannot be used.
