Bought this clip a few months ago. Perfect size, about 3 inches long, exactly the size I need for putting up my fine hair but probably only big enough for a half up if you have very thick hair. The hinge was too stiff at first, I have hand weakness due to disability but with some use it has loosened just enough to be usable. It's very cute, I'm happy with it and use it daily.
