Very disappointing. Used product

I’m giving it one star because I have to give something, but I would give it no stars at all if I could. This is how I received this product when I ordered it. I was beyond disappointed and upset. It looked like it had been used, and it was missing all of the extras, like the sprinkles and stuff. The label on the packaging was very worn as well. It looked like it had been used and returned. this is not acceptable. I’m shocked that they would send this. i’m giving it one star because I have to give something, but I would give it no stars at all if I could.
