Great Team Building Tool

we have one of these decks at work and i've been using them with some of my coworkers as a sort of bonding/brain break. its amazing how little things like these can make a big impact on your mental state. what i've been doing is asking them to draw a random card, once they do i give them a few minutes alone to read and digest what the card says, then i go and talk with them about what their card says. i work mostly with highschoolers and this has really positively impacted their overall attitude while at work. this is a wonderful way to get them to open up to you and feel comfortable talking with and getting to know me/each other, i LOVE these!!
