OFFLINE By Aerie Real Me Running Belt

I have the Lulu vest, but for summer I really wanted a running belt. i have seen the lulu one on tik tok, but this price point i wanted to try! for reference, my waist is 30, hips 40, 130lbs and it could comfortably fit me and someone bigger! i ran a 5K and it didnt move. i have the Iphone 13 pro, fit PERFECTLY fine in it. 10/10 so happy i bought it!!

it’s soft and stretchy/adjustable, but I was disappointed in them sewing the inside tag that shows the threads on the outside, if it were to rip this could cause major holes. im glad i didnt get it for full price

This running belt does what I need: holds my phone and my keys when I don't have pockets on a run. I have a pixel 6 pro and it barely fits, but honestly that's ideal so that things aren't sliding around during a run. The real issue is the sizing, or lack thereof. I am a size 12 in AE jeans, a large in aerie workout clothes. My waist is about 95 cm (give or take whether it's the morning or the end of the day) and this belt just fits my waist at it's loosest setting. My waist is quite high so I'd prefer if it could be closer to around my hips, but fat chance of that. Given that I'm an average size woman, I don't think this is really size inclusive and certainly not a one size fits all. I didn't expect it to be great, but honestly I expected it would at least be able to fit people even slightly larger than me and I don't see a way that could be possible. Heads up aerie: runners aren't all skinny!

The length of the waist belt was barely enough for me to buckle. After closing the buckle, the belt felt too tight around my waist. The waist belt is adjustable and still too short. For reference, I wear size 10 and size 12 in AE jeans.
