it is oversized like most aerie button downs. i got my usual small in these and it’s perfect. i saw some other reviews saying its boxy and i see what they’re saying but I’m mid size and short so i really like it. it’s still long enough to cover my butt. my favorite thing is the feel of The cotton. it’s so smooth , light and crisp. i hope it lasts through the washing machine.

I ordered this in my normal size, medium. Since it had an oversized fit to it, I figured my original size would be
a little more baggy than normal. This shirt gave me the oversized feel I was going for with a beach cover-up! I love the look of it. The feel is a little rough, but I don't need it to be super soft when I'm just wearing it to the beach or pool.

i ordered an XXS, this is two sizes down than my normal. Anything from Aerie that is oversized in my opinion is too oversized. I am also short, but I can’t imagine having purchased this in my normal size as you can see from the pictures. It fits really well. I can easily button it with extra room. It’s soft it’s comfortable and I’ll probably buy it in another color.
