I ordered an XS. It fits so nicely!! The little tie at the top is adjustable to fit your bust. I am a smaller chested woman, around an A cup to a B cup, and it stays up very nicely and I can wear it without a bra

so comfy and true to size! it has a little no padded bra built in. i love it! it holds me up with plenty of room to breathe. i’m 5’4, 150lbs, and the M is great.
