Cute but runs big

I’ve seen a lot of reviews saying it runs small and that you should size up but I don’t feel like it’s the case for smaller sizes. It actually feels like it runs big a bit. I would usually be a size 0 or 00 but could have used a size 000 for this style.

Cute idea but poor execution

Wanted to love this! I sized up 1 size knowing it had no stretch. Definitely needed to go up 2 for it to be comfortable. Had that been the only issue I would’ve gladly exchanged it but the buttons were executed terribly on this design. Not sure if it would be different for left handed people. It the “skirt” flap comes over on the right hip causing the buttons to be opposite compared to regular jeans. They are REALLY tough to get undone and everything about it is just unnatural. I’m not exaggerating by saying to allow yourself extra time to undo the buttons or else you might end up in a bathroom emergency #AEReviewSweepsEntry

Runs Small, Curvy Girls Beware!

What a shame this runs incredibly small, this is a perfect jean skort. I purchased a size 12 since that's my size in AE jeans and I think I would need a size 16 (although they don't sell it :( ). Definitely get a couple sizes bigger if you can (especially if you're curvy!)

I ordered a size 14 based off of previous purchases with AE but these run at least 1-2 sizes small and of course they don’t offer anything above a 14 in this style. I’m so sad because It would be super comfortable and cute if it actually fit.
