I was looking for an outfit for new year and as I was wandering the store I came across a skirt. I’m not usually a size 0 however I tried it on because it was just so cute I put it on and immediately I knew I wanted to purchase it. I paired it with a white mock neck and thigh high boots and had the cutest New Year’s outfit . it was also extremely expensive for someone on my income super happy with this purchase

This skirt is so cute and a great length. Just a bit longer than flirty. But it runs SO big. I have about a 25.5” waist. In most stores I shop at, I’m about a size 4, sometimes a size 2. According to AE’s size chart, I should be a size 2 JUST barely, but their size 2s are a little loose on me. I usually stick to a size 2 but sometimes size down into a snug size 0. Well, after trying on multiple sizes, I had to get a size 00 in this skirt!! And it fits pretty loose!! I think if I lost even 5 pounds, it would be too big. I would recommend sizing down at LEAST one size according to the size chart, maybe 2 if you lean one way.
It’s sooo cute though.

Very cute but a teensy bit big

I absolutely love this skirt but I would recommend sizing down if you're in between sizes. I normally wear a size 2 in jeans and such from here and prefer the waist to be a bit loose as to not be uncomfortable, but I wish I sized down for this skirt. It's still very flattering, but the waistband is just a bit too big.
