AE Ne(x)t Level Low-Rise Kick Bootcut Jean

When I first put them on the fit was perfect. Snug where it should be and I left my house feeling confident. By 2 pm they had stretched out to the point that I looked like I was wearing a size or two too large. Not sure if I can return them as they’ve been washed and worn but I hope I can exchange them for a smaller size.

I love these jeans but the stretch material is too forgiving. I normally wear a 10 regular. I re-ordered an 8 regular and they are still too big. Definitely size down a size or two. They also sit pretty high on the hip. Quality control is off.

I was very excited to buy new jeans. However, these are not the regular low rise jeans that American Eagle used to sell. These jeans are mid rise, and are unfortunately being sold as though they are low rise when they are not. This is upsetting bring back actual low rise jeans.

Description says "low rise" but they are not. These are like a cheap, frumpy version of AE jeans. They aren't low rise, more mid rise. Fabric is cheap. Even the stitching is cheap and not "thick" like better jeans. Won't be buying again!

I was disappointed in these jeans. I have bought AE kick boot jeans for years as they always fit me really well and are good quality so I was expecting the same when I ordered these. The material felt thin and I would agree with other reviews that these are definitely mid-rise and not low rise. I ordered an 8 regular as that's what I normally wear in AE jeans but they were huge on me and not flattering on my body so I had to return them. I was really expecting to love these but I was left disappointed. I might try a 6 if I can't find jeans somewhere else.

I ordered 10 short in the lighter blue and 10 reg in the med. blue. Both jeans are way too stretchy. The lighter blue fits larger than the med. blue (and they're the same size & style, just different in length). The med. blue clings to your skin. On both jeans, the hem curls up making them look sloppy. The only good thing is, they didn't cost that much. Style: AE NEXT LEVEL LOW-RISE KICK BOOTCUT JEAN

9-1/4” rise is NOT low rise!!! The rest of the fit of these jeans is good, but these come up way to high to be low rise. These are mid rise jeans in every universe. Hey AE, I thought you were bringing back low rise jeans? Lies.

These jeans are extremely unflattering. They don’t fit as they should, as they fit at the waist, but are extremely baggy. Then I wore them a couple times, and there is now a hole where the pocket is sewn onto the back of the jeans. Contacted customer service, and they say they can do nothing, because the jeans were worn. Yes, I wore them 2-3 times, so they should not have a hole in them already. Poor customer service and poor quality of jeans. Save your money! These are nothing like the jeans they sold in the past. Terrible!

Bring back the original Low Rise and original material! I have 2 pairs of American eagle artist flare and kick boot from YEARS ago and they are truly low rise.. They are getting very worn so I ordered these. I was so disappointed. These are definitely not the low rise they used to be and incredibly stretchy so the bag out. These are not at low rise they are up to my belly button. Returning them and trying to find some originals on posh mark.

I don’t understand how 00 jeans are swallowing me in 2022, but before this year I wore a size 2 in American eagle jeans. If you are smaller, don’t buy these. They are the most unflattering jeans I’ve ever had on my body. I wish I could post more than one photo. So so so ugly.
